Talitha Koum Foundation
Children... Rise-Up
The Talitha Koum Foundation is a community social welfare NGO that is committed to raising the emotional intelligence and confidence of school children through tailor-made initiatives and programs fit for the world we live in.
Named after my Grandmother, the Talitha Koum Foundation has only been operational for just under a year. Our mission is to make a positive contribution to the development of young children's emotional intelligence from as early as Primary School all the way to University.
For now, however, we provide school uniform to kids from less fortunate families and create opportunities for them to have childhood experiences that will have an impact on their overall outlook on life. Initiatives like Big Screen Big Dreams is an example of such opportunities. We are also in the process of designing easily implementable programmes for schools to adopt that will help drive the emotional intelligence of young children.
As director and marketing manager for the Foundation, I was tasked with designing a logo that would be represent the Foundation's vision and mission.

Important Note: There’s still so much work to do for this planet.
