O.R Tambo
Learn Lead Inspire
Nestled in Wattville, a township south of Benoni, South Africa, the O.R Tambo Narrative Centre is as much a symbolic memory of Oliver and Adelaide Tambo, as it is a centre for future leaders to learn, lead and be led, and inspire and be inspired.
Brief
Design a corporate identity and collateral for the O.R Tambo Narrative Centre.
Consideration
Attach the look and feel to marketing position of the precinct (Learn, Lead, Inspire)
Consider the City of Ekurhuleni logo when design
Research
The architecture of the O.R Tambo Narrative Centre which is by far one of the most eco-conscious and fitting designs in post-Apartheid South Africa.

Design
Inspired by the architectural design and the marketing massaging for the Centre, (Learn Lead Inspire), I designed three banners (blue, green and yellow) that would act as the holding shape and design foundation for the massaging and collateral of the centre. I tried to mimic the architecture of the centre by slanting the bottom part of the banners into an acute angle.
